The Mission of the Garden Club of New Rochelle, Inc. is to advance the practical knowledge of the culture and care of flowers, fruits, vegetables, plants and trees, and the making of gardens; promoting skill in the art of arranging plant material all the while fostering measures for the conservation of material resources and encourage civic beautification.
